About À la Carte CARE
À la Carte CARE has been assisting seniors at home since 2006 and we take pride in providing quality senior homecare. We offer seniors and physically impaired adults, assistance for independent living. Our goal is to keep older adults in their own homes, living independently and with dignity for as long as possible. À la Carte CARE provides affordable, non-medical services that give you the control you need to live healthy, happy and at home.

Just as our name says, we can customize any combination of services and times to fit the needs of our clients. While we believe it is important to allow the Senior Citizen to accomplish any task that they are still able to; we are there to help them with the tasks that are difficult. We also feel it is important to pair them with a caregiver who will complement their personality and bring some laughter into their everyday life. Someone they can develop a relationship with and will look forward to seeing again and again.

Selecting personal assistance services is an important decision and we want clients to feel confident in the decision they make. Their safety and security is our top concern; we personally and carefully interview and screen all caregiver candidates. All of our employees have passed WI Department of Health Services caregiver background check, WI Department of Justice criminal background check, a civil record check and a driver’s record check as well as comprehensive pre-employment drug test screening. We will not employ anyone we wouldn’t feel comfortable with caring for our own parents. Our employees are bondable, covered by workman’s compensation and our company is fully insured.

With (38) thirty-eight caregivers and multiple client managers; à la Carte CARE is large enough to meet the needs of new clients as well as our current clients. We are able to staff client accounts not only with a primary caregiver, but with a back-up caregiver and our client managers will stay in touch with you to be sure your needs and requests are being met.
